I absolutely love Miss Darlene I I'm so grateful for her. She listened to my needs wants and what I absolutely did not want. She helped me Sell my other house and buy my new house Which I absolutely love!!! Working with Karen was awesome. Always upfront and answering all questions we had( which were many) and honest when needing to double check things to make sure we get it right. She worked extremely hard in selling out property and hosted many open houses with significant turn outs for all of them when other house got none. Although our house was complete and turnkey with lots of money invested it was a hard sell because of the size and new builds a couple hundred feet away with incentives, she got the job done. Working with her is more like working with family than a big company. Will be recommending her and Isreal to any other friends or family we convince to move next to us.

Nicki is a rare individual , she really likes her job and cares for the people she is working with. We never had to wonder what was happening next as Nicki would keep us informed. Nicki was a joy to work with, and recieves top marks, we will definately recommend her.

I met Isreal Bewley by chance at a house that was listed for sale and I feel that I was so lucky to have met him. He really is the perfect agent. It took us a year to find our perfect dream home and he was always patient, never rushed or pushy, and he was always willing to show us houses.

He was very knowledgable about the area and the the "ins and outs" of buying a home. He was very patient and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Over the course of a year several homes came on the market but they weren't the perfect fit and we never felt pressured to just make a decision - he understood that this was a big move and important decision for us and respected our needs in wanting to find a perfect home. We are so thankful for his professionalism throughout this entire process.

Darlene was a major factor in our home buying experience. Every weekend she had a planned out map on which house we were going to see, what time to check the next home("oh we're early for appointment, I seen an open house down the street") , and it was about 4-7 per weekend. We tested out a few single story homes, a couple 2-story homes, move in ready with a few renovations, and new builds. We looked in Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop, Sacramento, and Elk Grove. Along our journey, I'm sure Darlene studied my wife and I to see our wants, needs, and she delivered! Making everything perfect for our first home buying experience. Giving us knowledge on what to look for in a home all while still allowing us to make our decision. She had great connections with the loan officers. Karen Duncan makes the process of selling your home easy and less stressful. She is very sharp in her field and knows the value of the property and sees the little details of the home that make it a potential new home for the buyer. I had first seen Karen's sign on another property in my subdivision the prior year, and I noticed she had it sold in a short time for full asking price. I was impressed. So I wanted her when it came time to list my house again. I had used a few different real estate agents in the past 3 years only to not have my house sell and to have them want me to lower my price even lower than the listing price, which at the time, was less than what I paid for the house.

Karen was able to sell my house at during a crazy time as we has just started dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. I can't say enough about her. She's a great real estate agent!

Ted is an excellent agent and I would recommend him to any friends/family/neighbors. He assisted with all the scheduling and implementation of home repairs and adjustments. Ted made himself available for questions and made me feel as though no question was a dumb one (even though I am sure some of mine were!). I appreciated his candid insight and guidance and am grateful to have had him as my agent. Very professional agent and if I was looking for a home or wanting to put one on the market, I would work with him again in heartbeat.
